How many colors can be included in the pin?
Any number of colors can be included on your pin. However, 3 base colors are included and there may be an additional charge for every additional color. This charge (typically $0.10/pin) is determined by the manufacturer.
Who is the designer of the pins sold on Architect Pins®?
All pins have been designed by the Chief Pin Officer of Architect Pins® - Ellen Abraham , unless otherwise noted within the Pin description.
SHIPPING
What is your Standard Shipping?
Standard Shipping is done via USPS (United States Postal Service) to all locations within the US. USPS First Class Mail is the default mode of shipping and the applicable rates apply.
Shipping duration varies and is based on the carrier and the final destination of the package. A tracking number will be provided to you.
Is International Shipping available?
Yes. USPS First Class Mail International is the default mode for international shipping. Applicable rates apply.

What is your processing time?
Orders are typically processed and packed from Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday. Processing time varies between 5-7 days. This does not include major holidays, weekends, postal delays, extreme weather delays or postal holidays.
I entered my Shipping information incorrectly…now what?
If you entered erroneous information, contact us at hello@architectpins.com immediately. We are not responsible for wrong information given to us but we will try our best to rectify the problem so that you can effortlessly receive your order. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Refused / Stolen Packages
Architect Pins® is not responsible for refused packages by customers or stolen packages. No refund is available at this time.
PRE-ORDERs
Why isn’t the pin available for shipping?
Items purchased as a Pre-order are being funded and fabricated. These pins will ship immediately upon arrival in-stock. Look out for updates from us about all Pre-Order pins.
I pre-ordered an item. When will I receive my order?
Thank you for your Pre-Order! The shipping date is shown within the Product description. We will share your USPS tracking number as soon as it is received by the Postal service. Standard Shipping rates applies.
I ordered a Pre-Order pin with an In-Stock pin. Can I get the In-Stock pin first?
We ship all your pins together. The package will be sent when the Pre-Order pin becomes available. To avoid the delay, purchase the In-stock Pin separately.
